If the Until day/time is set beyond the “Due” date” students will still be able to take the quiz until the “Until” date, but it will show up as “late” in SpeedGrader and the gradebook. Students will only be able to view the results immediately after they have completed the quiz—results include both their responses and the correct answers. For enhanced quiz security the best option is to leave this box unchecked (along with the “Let Students See their Quiz Responses” option) until after the “Due” and “Until” dates and then also limit how long the students can view the correct answers. Let Students see the Correct Answers – This checkbox option allows students to see the correct answers to quiz questions. If you have further questions or comments, please let us know. From the multiple attempts Instructors can decide which quiz score to keep: Highest, Latest, or Average. Quizzes default to this option, so if you do not want students to see the correct answers, deselect the checkbox. If no time limit is set, students will have unlimited time to complete the quiz. Note: If the Only Once After Each Attempt option is selected, it will override any show or hide dates or times. You can also add feedback to any answer choice when creating a Multiple Choice question . It is assumed that you have a valid Canvas teacher account and that you have already created a quiz with questions in Canvas. Note: Because Essay and File Upload question types require manual grading, any feedback responses added to these question types only display after the quiz is graded and scores are posted. I think that every single teacher probably has students with modifications and one of the most common is reduction of choices for multiple choice tests and quizzes.
